Nedoporučuji telefonovat na jejich info linku. Ihned přepisují telefonní čísla a spojují si Vás v databázi staré několik let. Nejenom že zničeho nic telefonoval i zpět, ale ještě volali na jiném číslo. V mém případě navíc exmanželi a sdělili mu VŠE. Ihned volal že proč prodávám auto ... . Na stížnost o případné žalobě o ochranu informací, prý je jim to jedno. Za všechno může CALL CENTRUM. Nic si již nikdy od nich nekoupím. NEDOPORUČUJI
Absolutně bezskrupulozní krysy - AAA auto
Absolutně bezskrupulozní krysy které si dávají inzeráty na web a když si pro vybraný vůz za "výhodnou cenu" přijedete tak ho nikdy nemají ale nabídnou vám stejný model a stejný rok o 100 000 dráž!!! Třikrát se mnou takhle vyjebali než jsem pochopil .....
Za personál 3hvězdy - AAA auto
Za personál 3hvězdy, někdy až moc vlezlý, ale to mají zjevně v popisu práce. Výkup vozu za 1hvězdu, vykoupí za nejnižší cenu a tu potom vyšroubují při prodeji, takže marže více jak 100%!!! Nikdy na sebe nedávejte pravdivé údaje pokud o auto nestojíte, budou vás měsíc otravovat s otázkami. Výběr auta za 4hvězdy, výběr opravdu mají, ale počítejte s tím, že vámi vybrané auto není na pobočce a je lepší si předem zavolat a zeptat se. Koupě na úvěr nebo leasing za 1hvězdu a důvod: funguje to jak na arabském trhu a nenechte se oblbnout a přemýšlejte. Pokud budete brát auto na leasing odejděte, je to zlodějina, pokud na úvěr není nic lepšího než si nechat vykoupit auto na protiúčet, část z toho jako akontaci, zaplatit pár splátek a doplatit jednorázově. Celkový dojem: za mě 3hvězdy a důvod? Všude na všechno čekáte, všechno hledáte...ale jinak se vyplatí pokud se nenecháte strhnout a oblbnout.

UNHELPFUL, NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE I know that car salesmen are not expected to be the most honest folks around, but even taking that into consideration, this place does not seem genuinely interested in helping you as a paying customer find a suitable car. Firstly, their ads are most often misleading (using different photos instead of photos of actual car), not mentioning important aspects unless you demand to know it, such as whether the car was involved in a serious accident, etc. But above all, I feel there is a lot of ""unfriendliness"" involved. When you are trying to sell a product or service, ideally you should put your customers needs high on your list (at least pretend to!) whereas here, as well as other car dealers around Prague, seem to be always in a big hurry to get you down to their lot, scheming just to get you there for example, by insisting to go, even if the particular car was already sold (I learnt that by calling again from a different number and asking a different person, who confirmed car had sold 2 days ago, but my assigned sales rep I was speaking too kept avoiding to tell me that and saying the car should be in the branch soon). I would not mind to deal with a pushy salesman if that person knew their business very well, since I have done sales myself for quite some time, but in this case, the couple of times I went there, the guys showing the cars pretty much unlocked it for me and that's it, stepped away, as if it's a puzzle I'm supposed to figure out myself instead of taking me thru the advantages and maybe pointing out some shortcomings of the cars (it was not a communication/language problem either!). As for one of their managers I approached with some questions, he seemed very unfazed, basically keeping to point out that at the price range I'm after, I should be 100% sure that the car will have some major mechanical malfunction or lots of rust of what have you, which clearly isn't true. They have their internal system (I was sitting in his office) where they can see on the screen exactly whats' wrong with a particular car, but they are very reluctant to share such information, and of course none of that is on the website first and foremost, the website is all about perfect looking photos, most often of a different car, not the one for sale, and just a general description such as ""in good/very good condition"" which to me doesn't seem to adequate. In conclusion, I am honestly surprised this place is the leader of used car sales here, with the poor level of customer they provide, but I guess it works somehow for the local market that is probably not too demanding of good customer service, as well as very accepting of such techniques that would be considered unsatisfactory elsewhere. The only thing I have to give to them is that they do have, by far the widest range of cars, but given their very low level of transparency for the customer's sake, I would say its like trying to find a needle in a haystack, so I will definitely give my business to one of the smaller car dealers instead or even try my luck looking through local ads such as on Facebook etc. A quick word of advice, if a manager of the place might read this, you would do very well to spend some little money investing in professional sales training for your customer-facing staff, it would certainly strengthen your business and increase your reputation as a business.

Don't contact them, it's scam. Dealers are manipulators. I understand that they need to make money, but they are doing it too aggressively. Will rather buy a car elsewhere.

Nejhorší zkušenost, už nikdy více, při prodeji auta kdy se na něj přijel podívat jejich mechanik mi nabídli 80000kč, které jsem odmítla, po neuvěřitelném otravování zvedli cenu a nechali mě přijet na pobočku, aby mi opět nabídli cenu 80000kč, neskutečný šejdíři a podvodníci, vřele nedoporučuji a pozor na ně

Don't trust their web nor the discounts they have. Even if they claim the car is cheaper when you take a loan with them, they openly say that in the end you will pay the regular price (or even more). And if you don't speak Czech, forget about the loan. The guy showing the car was really kind and helpful, but I just felt that the guys in financing didn't want to sell the car to me

Úplně špatně,zaměstnance mají spatne chování , každý vám říká neco jiného .Telefonujete s 20 různých lidí a na konci vám řeknou , přijeďte na místě v Praze to vyřešíme. Řekněte jim že bydlíte 50 km ot Prahy a oni vám řeknou, přijeďte do Prahy ,tak přijel jsem na místě a oni mě řekli,bohuzel to nejde .......a proč jste jeli tam nikdo vám ne řekne ......

Полностью не заинтересованы в продаже машин, пытались несколько раз посмотреть выбранные авто, но никто не проявил должного интереса их показать, и слава Богу. Не рекомендую
